| Q. What size ( height ) will my lettering actually be ? |
A. The size is based on the tallest capital letter height even if there are no capital letters in your lettering, for more information

| Q. How do I work out what length my line of lettering will be ? |
A. Click on the Order Form on our home page, and input all the details regarding your line of vinyl lettering
and then click the Calculate
button this will then give you overall estimated length and height of your line of lettering |

| Q. How much will my lettering cost ? |
A. You can check the cost by entering your lettering into the order form and clicking on the Calculate Button this
will give you the cost of the lettering, allowing you to see the cost of the lettering before you place it into our shopping cart |

| Q. Can I order and pay over the phone ? |
| A. No we can not accept any orders or payment for orders over the telephone, we are strictly an online service |

| Q. Can we supply other sign products not shown on your website ? |
| A. We may be able to, please use the contact us form to let us know exactly what your requirements are. |

| Q. How long will it take to produce my order ? |
| A. All orders of vinyl lettering are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Letter Post the next working day monday to friday. |

| Q. How long will it take to deliver my order ? |
A. The Royal Mail aims to deliver all first class letters or packets the next working day including saturday but this is not a
guaranteed service. see Production and Delivery for more information on the different delivery options available to you. |

| Q. How much is your delivery charge ? |
| A. Standard delivery costs from £3.42. - Royal Mail Special Delivery costs an extra £4.30 on top of any standard delivery costs |

| Q. Can I remove the lettering if need to ? |
A. Yes warm the lettering up with a hair dryer or hot water to soften the glue and them peel it off. Once the lettering has
been removed clean the area with mentholated sprits. You will not be able to use the vinyl lettering again. |
